Do your kids watch Scooby Doo? Do you think it is too scary for little tots?

I'm actually watching it now. I had nightmares up until I was 6 or 7.So wait until she's a bit older unless you want more sleepless nights taking care of her. For the cartoon it would be fine but not for any of the movies.
