Should just give my dog away?

ok i got mydog almost a year ago, someone gave her to me and they got her from a shelter i love her dearly she is a bichon frise mix and shes a really good dogi took her because i have a disablity called cerebral palsyt(wheelchair bound ) and an illness called lupus and im dealing with depression anxiety and stress and someone suggested i get a dog and shes helped alot and my family adores her only thing is like i said i stress and have anxiety over the smallest thing esepcially when it has to do with her health but its been costing me alot and when i do take her tot he vet for every little thing she seem fine i love her so much and everyone in my family grew to love her its just that i cant afford her anymore and because i live by myself i'm the only one taking responsiblity (which i choose to) i have called different programs agencies humane society they have things such as low cost shots and neuter but but everything else u gotta pay she has issues with eating sometimes(she doesnty want to eat a meal or 2) she doesnt throw up or anything and i havent changed her food she just suddenly doesnt want to eat now i dotn force her to but when i take her tot he vet she eats and seems fine i dont know if i'm overracting (like i said i stress very easy and have anxiety) or should i just give her to someone that can give her a better home than i can (i also get busy at times and have to leave her alone) if i do have to find a better home how do i go about doing that besides an animal shelter?
