Hookah bards in Hollywood/WeHo that don't card?

It's my 18th birthday and I want to go with a bunch of my friends, only half of which are over 18 or have IDs.... Does anyone know of any hookah bars in the Hollywood area (or short driving distance) that either don't card or allow underage people in (who aren't smoking)?
